Refund & Live Arrival Guarantee Policy

At  Aquatic Dreams, we take great care in packaging and shipping our corals to ensure they arrive healthy and in excellent condition.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Claims)

In the rare event that a coral arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must:

  1. Email us within 2 hours of the package's documented delivery time.
  2. Include clear photos of:
    • The coral in its unopened shipping bag.
    • The shipping label on the box.
    • Any visible damage to the coral or packaging.

Failure to contact us and provide the required photos within the 2-hour window will void any claim.

Acclimation & Post-Delivery Responsibility

Once a shipment has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the coral transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for any losses, damage, or mortality that occur:

  • After the coral has been delivered.
  • During or after acclimation.
  • Due to water chemistry, lighting, flow, tank conditions, pests, handling, or any other factors outside of our control.
  • As a result of delayed acclimation or improper care.

Corals that die after arrival, including during acclimation, are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit.

Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, mechanical failures, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including approved DOA claims, carrier delays, or order issues outside of our control.

Refund Determination

Approved DOA claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we may issue a refund, replacement, or store credit at our sole discretion.
